Terms of use

Unibox is an owner-operated, private email and calendar application. This site provides information about that application and does not offer public account registration.

Authorized use

Use Unibox only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Account access is subject to the permissions granted by each account holder and any policies imposed by their Google Workspace administrator. Do not use the application for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or unsolicited abusive communications.

Account actions

Review recipients, sending accounts, message content, calendar changes, and invitations before authorizing them. Actions performed through connected services can affect real messages and events. You remain responsible for the actions you authorize and for protecting your device and service credentials.

Third-party services

Google and Nylas provide connected account services under their respective terms. Optional AI, CRM, and booking integrations may have separate terms and charges. Unibox is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Availability and limitations

The application is under active development and is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or complete synchronization. Provider delays, authorization changes, and data limits can affect results. Check the original provider before relying on a time-critical message or scheduling decision. Keep appropriate backups.

Privacy and ending access

The privacy policy explains data use, retention, and revocation. You can stop using the application and revoke its Google access at any time. Disconnecting access does not automatically remove previously retained backups.
